we lounged in the very breezy breeze by the pool and it was so lovely to be done and just relax.
ali, good job out there...yes, very epic. and did you feel one spot in the race when it seemed like someone turned up the heat twenty degrees...so glad when it was done.
Good work this weekend...it made me happy when I looked at the standings and realized that you were one of the people I was supposed to keep my eye on, because then even if I lost a place in GC it would be to someone I like...
bah! I faked an eye exam in 4th grade so I could do "cousin it" like all the kids with glasses. of course, when I got to the real eye doc I couldn't fool him. my wish came true 2 years later though.

no Kern for me. i think i was talking out of my ass when i said that those many moons ago.
i'm officially only a mtb and cx racer now.
maybe if there were a mtb or cross stage race... or something.
i like living vicariously through all the blogs for the road racing.
