That's lame, and bad bike karma to boot. Lord knows that kid could use some better bike karma after his boo boo...

As the site admin for Saul's page, yes, he creates all the entries on the site unless otherwise noted (his parents made a few, and I have made a few, each shown by the Submitted by: tag). I edit the entries only to re-format or fix the occasional typo. The pictures in his gallery he posts. If you send him a picture, dont be surprised that he posts it. Did you specifically state in your email for him to NOT post it? You did realize he has a web page, including a gallery full of pictures before you sent the email with the picture? Alot of the other pictures were also sent to him by the people that took them (kinda hard to take pictures of ones self while riding a bike...), and most also requested that he post them. The copyright tag at the bottom is simply an attempt to keep other people from snatching his pictures or other content without asking and using them for objectionable purposes. His site is non-commercial: he makes no money from it, there are no ads, and the only place linking to any Company or other outfit selling things is in his Links section, and they go to his sponsors (or the RaisinHell bracelet sites). It is not an attempt to steal your picture or claim it for his own. If you feel your rights have been violated, send him an email explaining and Im sure he will remove it. Most people are proud or gratefull that their picture makes it to his page...

T: you make a good point in your last comment.

To avoid further confusion, clear this up, etc etc.. Im adding a click-through on that copyright statement to the details (something I meant to do when I first put it all together).
